Refund Policy

At Amit Code Hub, we ensure the quality of our digital products. However, due to the nature of digital goods (intangible assets), we follow a strict refund policy to ensure fairness.

1. General Policy: No Refunds

Since we sell downloadable Source Code and Scripts, all sales are final. Once a file is downloaded, it cannot be returned. Therefore, we generally DO NOT offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Mistakenly purchasing the wrong product.
• Lack of technical skills to install/use the code.
• Server incompatibility issues.

2. The Only Exception: Corrupt Files

We only offer a refund or replacement under one specific condition:

• If the downloaded file is technically corrupt or broken.
• If the file is missing core files and our support team cannot fix it.

3. Strict 24-Hour Reporting Window

To be eligible for a refund under the condition above, you must report the issue within 24 Hours of purchase.

NOTE: Any refund request made after 24 hours will be automatically rejected. Please check your files immediately after downloading.

4. How to Request

If you find a corrupt file within 24 hours, contact us immediately:

Please include your Order ID and Screenshots/Video Proof of the error. Once verified, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days.
